Despite a variety of sport facilities and gyms, people are less fit nowadays than ever before. What do you think are the main causes of this problem? What solutions can you suggest?

There is no doubt that if there are many sports equipment, people nowadays are less fit in health. There are various reasons for this case but some can be solved.


First, most people can not afford the cost of gyms and sport instruments because they are very expensive and most of the people can earn just enough money to be convenient in life. Second, fast food is very popular among all ages of people. Most workers and young people used to order and eat  ready-made food. They have no time enough for their home made meals as the schedules of their work or their studies are always full. And then, these fast foods contain large amounts of materials that can cause the negative impacts of the human body such as obesity. 


On the other hand, there are some things that can help people to recover their health. Nowadays we can find work out activities from social media through smartphones. It doesn't matter the costs of facilities are expensive. And then, we should walk and go outside instead of making couch potatoes. In addition, people should reduce the amount of fast food. 


In conclusion, even though there are some habits to lose fitness, there are also activities to improve our health.
