The words ‘sport’ and ‘gyms’ have recently become catchwords among all ages of people, especially young people. There are countless advertisements on social media about them and it seems like people who usually don’t set aside time for them are old hats. Nevertheless, people nowadays are perhaps less healthy than ever and also suffering from a variety of diseases which have never been heard before.


People often unnoticed that the accelerated technology growth has brought lots of changes in our daily lifestyle. What our grandparents did when they got up was sweeping and cleaning their house and we are doing the same but only with one tap in the household machines. They had to use stairs in tall buildings instead lifts are there for us now. In fact they save a considerable amount of time, while they lessen an equal amount of our physical movements as well. The calories that should be burned during chores are turning into body fat. The second fact is about food. Today’s people are focusing on their business and earning money day by day and many don’t spend much time on preparing their own meals. That’s why fast food restaurants have become more popular almost everywhere. However, if we want a healthy life, we should stop our eating junk food habits, and try having a healthy and balanced diet.


To sum up, the ways we eat and we live our daily lives are mostly affecting how fit we can live. In my opinion, besides the time we are doing sports or going to the gym, we must also take great care of the rest of the day too.

There is no doubt that if there are many sports equipment, people nowadays are less fit in health. There are various reasons for this case but some can be solved.


First, most people can not afford the cost of gyms and sport instruments because they are very expensive and most of the people can earn just enough money to be convenient in life. Second, fast food is very popular among all ages of people. Most workers and young people used to order and eat  ready-made food. They have no time enough for their home made meals as the schedules of their work or their studies are always full. And then, these fast foods contain large amounts of materials that can cause the negative impacts of the human body such as obesity. 


On the other hand, there are some things that can help people to recover their health. Nowadays we can find work out activities from social media through smartphones. It doesn't matter the costs of facilities are expensive. And then, we should walk and go outside instead of making couch potatoes. In addition, people should reduce the amount of fast food. 


In conclusion, even though there are some habits to lose fitness, there are also activities to improve our health.

There have been a variety of sport facilities and gyms nowadays. Everyone has many opportunities to get a fit and healthy body,  however, few people can grasp these opportunities. It is obvious that there are a lot of people who are less fit nowadays than ever before. It may have some cause. The first reason is that according to social media age, most people devote most of their time on social media. Not only are they not concerned with fitness centers and sport clubs but they also have forgotten to fit their bodies more healthy. Secondly, we have to face more struggle and challenges in our generation than the old ages. In addition, we mainly focus on materials such as to earn more money, to lift our living standard ignoring our health. Thirdly, although some people go to the sport clubs, they are more eager to post their pictures on social media to get attention. They are not willing to do the workout efficiently. It is the reason that we need to reflect on how to manage our time to do exercise properly. It is also recommended that there is a motto "Health is Wealth''. To get a healthy life, doing regular exercise is one of the best ways. So, don't forget to do a workout in a gym regularly.

In this modern world, there are many sports facilities and gyms to be easily used to get a healthy and fit body in different places. However, nowadays, people are less fit than ever before. According to the advanced technology, most people are more hectic in their work and they are weak to stay in healthy lifestyle habits. They usually consume more fast and delicious foods than healthy ones when they have no time. In addition, most people enjoy staying in comfort zones. They always spend their leisure time by using the internet, mobile devices and watching televisions. The most obvious one is that some people are addicted to computer and mobile games and the use of social media. They sit in a place a lot of time and in that manner, they are not fresh and active and finally, they are overweight or underweight. For some people, they can’t afford to go to gyms and some don’t have time to go there. However, there are many ways to stay healthy and fit for people. The most important one is to control our desires and to do the things we should do. We should try to change our lifestyle. If we usually get up late, we can cultivate the habit of getting-up early and doing physical exercises regularly. We should eat more vegetables and fruits and drink plenty of water every day. We can learn the correct methods of doing physical exercises from YouTube and Facebook if we don’t know them exactly or we don’t have time to go to gyms

Nowadays, people become more concerned about their health and fitness than ever before. In order to become healthier and fitter, people take more attention on doing some physical exercises or sports not only at home but also at gyms. But, it is said that though with sport facilities and gyms, people become less fit than before. There are many reasons and causes for it. Firstly, it was because people do not know how to choose the right kinds of sports for their body. With different kinds of sports and exercises, it is important for people which sport is necessary for their body. Though there are enough facilities and gyms, people still need the instructions by the well-trained trainers to do the sports properly. So, instead of doing any kinds of sports randomly, people should get proper training from experts. Secondly, it was found that people get demotivated so easily to go to the gyms. People go to the gyms on and off and improper doings of sports will cause more drawbacks than its benefits. So, punctuality and regularity will help someone more effective in doing sports .Another reason is the purpose of people going to the gyms. Girls, especially, want to get their body satisfaction in accordance with the beauty standards these days. Unfortunately, they do extreme sports and diet to become skinner more than their body can handle. Therefore, they suffer from malfunctions of their body. It was recommended that in doing sports, their sole purpose should be to get more fit and healthier and should follow the middle course.

It is sure that there have been many incredible inventions and discoveries around the world in the last 100 years even though we don’t know everything. Those discoveries and inventions such as electric bulbs, refrigerators, televisions, electric devices, vehicles, spacecraft, etc. have been very useful for people. Among many discoveries, the discovery of the internet that has been popular in different countries since over forty years ago has been most beneficial for people in our country. First of all, the internet provides us knowledge and information for social and economic development. By using the internet, we can easily communicate from one person to another.
